We can produce various cut profile thicknesses from 0.5-30mm large sheet sizes 3000×1500 with repositioning on some of our machines.

Profile Cutting
With our various types of profile cutting, we pride ourselves on the ability to be able to cut thick steel with no problem we can cut materials from 0.5mm all the way up to 30mm thick out of sheet size up to 1500mm-3000mm within a tight tolerance.
Profile Shearing
We have also recently invested in a brand new 4000mm sheering machine for the more simplistic work, this machine has the capability to cut a variety of materials up to 4metres in length in one smooth stroke. It has a high tonnage and can sheer material up to 6mm thick without being at a strain. This makes those more simple cuts from sheet a lot easier to process with a lot less scrap as no cutting gap needed between parts.
